Does God exist and who is He?

It’s one of the oldest questions humans ask and one of the most honest. Doubting is not a sign of weak faith. It is usually the beginning of a genuine search for truth.

While no single proof will satisfy everyone, there are compelling reasons to believe God exists. The universe had a beginning (confirmed by modern science) which points to a cause outside itself. In other words, something eternal set it all in motion. The breathtaking order of the cosmos, the fine-tuning of physical constants that allow life to exist, and the universal human sense of right and wrong all point toward a Creator rather than blind chance.

Philosopher and mathematician Blaise Pascal observed that there is a “God-shaped hole” in every human heart, a longing that nothing in this world fully satisfies. Throughout history and across cultures, the overwhelming testimony of humanity has been that something, or  Someone, is out there.

For Christians, the clearest evidence is Jesus himself. His life, death, and resurrection are among the most historically documented events of the ancient world. If Jesus rose from the dead, God’s existence is not merely possible but it is certain.
